My name is Federico Fasciano.

For several years, I have worked with an Italian law firm, providing non-legal administrative support to international property owners in Italy.

During this time, I have assisted foreign owners with the practical administration of their properties, dealing with utility providers, suppliers, municipalities, condominium matters, payments, deadlines and many of the everyday issues that can be difficult to manage from abroad.

I am now offering this experience independently, providing property owners with a personal and reliable point of contact in Italy.

The service is provided primarily remotely, allowing me to assist property owners throughout Italy. In-person assistance may also be arranged when necessary and reasonably possible.
